2. Assisted Return with 80% Refund:
- If you prefer, we can arrange a return pickup for your convenience.
- In this case, a 20% deduction will be applied from your refund to cover the cost of the return service. This ensures you receive a 80% refund.
3. Assisted Return & Pickup with 70% Refund:
- For maximum convenience, you can request a return pickup and have our team professionally repack the chair for safe transportation back to our warehouse.
- To cover the additional service costs, a 30% deduction will be applied from your refund, resulting in an 70% refund.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in the specified condition.
