How to get Warranty Support?
Before contacting our customer support for warranty claims, please ensure to read below details about the warranty, as our customer support and your purchase is bound within below warranty terms. Limited Warranty (India)?
Product warranty benefits will be as per the product page from where you purchased the original product. on top of that below terms applies.
1. The Product you bought will match the descriptions we gave you when you contacted us, or through our Stores.
2. The quality of the Product will be reasonably satisfactory as its made by our ISO certified factory.
3. The Product will fit your particular purpose if we promised that the Product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records.
4. Our warranty starts from the date you received your Product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order.
5. We will repair or replace all defective Products. In the unlikely event that we can’t fix a warranty failure, we will reimburse you the purchase price that you paid, less the amount directly attributable to your use and enjoyment of the Product in question before the nonconformance was discovered. We may also accept your request for a partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired Product if you opt to keep it.
6. Only manufacturing Defects are Covered under Warranty for the complete warranty period, not the wear-tear as per usage.
7. Parts Covered are: Hydraulic Shaft, Mechanism Bolt for 6-Months from Delivery Date
8. Parts not Covered that are prone to wear-tear as per usage: Wheelbase, wheels, Arm-Rest, Back-Rest, Seat, Upholstery Material damages, Plastic Accessories Cap of wheelbase and hydraulic shaft.
9. Exceptions: In-Transit Damages & missing parts Reported within 10-Days from Delivery Date are Covered.
10. Exceptions: Only within 10 Days from delivery, In case any specific part is required different than the standard part given with the product, then extra charges will be applicable as all products are delivered as per a standard specification.
11. Exceptions: Only within 10 Days from delivery, In case, the customer changed their mind and wants another product in exchange, then new order needs to be placed for that other product and the current product can be managed by a paid return(borne by customer) if the customer service approves the order for brand website only.
12. Any product return or refund requests due to subjective inconvenience issues such as not liking the product, or not a comfortable product without any real noticeable defects, then such cases are strictly not covered in the warranty. However, as an exception, It can be reported within 10 days only if its in a reasonably new condition.
1. wear and tear, or due to the ageing of materials.
2. aesthetic defects or minor deviations of the Products from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occurring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products.
3. improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity or pollutant gases).
4. use in anything other than a domestic, private and non-commercial setting.
5. contact with moisture (including, without limitation, due to conditions such as hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), thermal degradation or elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials.
6. modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly or aftercare instructions.
7. abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or other causes beyond our control.
8. To prevent the voiding of your Warranty, please follow the instructions provided in assembly videos.

Self-cancellation can be done via the account page for unfulfilled orders only and its refund will be automatically reflected in 4-7 days from the cancellation date.
