  • 🛑 CellBell’s Simple & Fair Cancellation Policy

    Because plans change—and that’s okay.

    We’re proud to serve 300,000+ happy customers and 200+ corporates. As a homegrown, Shark Tank India-trusted brand, we aim to make cancellations smooth, fair, and transparent.

    🔹 1. Before Fulfillment (Order Not Yet Packed)

    When: Order placed but not yet fulfilled (no shipping label).
    Cancellation Cost:

    • 🟢 Orders below ₹15,000: Free

    • 🟡 Orders (above ₹15,000): 2% fee

    • 🔵 Custom orders: 10% fee

    Why:
    We absorb fees for small orders. Higher/custom ones already start backend work and we get billed by payment systems already.

    How:

    • < ₹15,000: Cancel anytime via your CellBell.in account.

    • Others: Reach us via WhatsApp (+918600366600) or call (11 AM–5 PM IST).

      Refund:       1–2 business days. You’ll get SMS/email updates.



    🔹 2. After Fulfilment, Before Pickup

    When: Shipping label created, but the package was not picked up.
    Cancellation Cost: 3% fee (gateway + restocking)
    Why: Order’s already packed and prepped.

    How:

    • For All Orders: Contact support on WhatsApp or call.

      Refund: 1–2 business days with updates.



    🔹 3. In-Transit (After Pickup)

    When: Order is on the way but not delivered yet.
    Cancellation Cost: 30% fee (we split the cost with you) as:
    Customer bears a 15% fee. + Company bears a 15% cost.

    Why: Shipping, handling & restocking costs rise.
    How: Contact support on WhatsApp or call.
    Refund: Within 1–2 business days of cancellation.


    🔹 4. High price, Bulk  & Custom Orders

    Why:     These involve higher prep and coordination. We still absorb part of the cost to keep it easy for you.


    🔹 5. After Delivery

     

    • ✅ 30-Day Paid Trial Policy for single-unit orders.

      Use the product for up to 30 days. If you're not satisfied and the product doesn't have any manufacturing defects also, you can return it and receive up to 70% of your money back. A 30% charge will apply to cover usage and handling.

      Returns are subject to:

      • Video verification of the product's condition

      • Proper packaging by the customer for safe reverse pickup

      • Refunds processed after inspection at our warehouse
