🚫 What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty doesn't cover:
- Wheels jammed due to hair, dust, or floor friction.
- Breakage of armrest or backrest frame from regular use or pressure.
- Loose or sagging material (PU/leather/fabric) reported after 7 days of delivery.
- Flattened foam or softened seat over time.
- Peeling leather, fabric discoloration from sweat/sun exposure.
- Damage by pets, sharp objects, water, or fire.
- Noise or squeaking from lack of maintenance (oil/lubrication).
- Improper assembly by customer or third party.
- Subjective feedback (e.g., “not comfortable”) without a technical defect.
- Warranty claims after 1 year (post-warranty support is still available!).
