Cancellations:
- Change your mind? No problem! You have 45 minutes after placing your order to cancel for a full refund for orders less than 10000 INR. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us prepare and ship orders efficiently.
- 2% Payment Cancellation fees gets applied on any order above 10001 INR which gets cancelled within 45 minutes or after that also, including cases where customer created multiple orders which are in unfulfilled status.
- It is advisable to connect official WhatsApp support quickly for more details for orders above 10000 value to evaluate any other solution.
- Small window: We can't accept cancellations between 10 am and 2 pm IST due to system maintenance.
- Easy self-cancellation: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can easily cancel it yourself through your account page within the free cancellation period. Your refund will be processed automatically within 4-7 business days.

Warranty Duration:
All CellBell chairs come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
What's Covered:
- Gas Lift Failure
- won't rise or sink properly
- Tilt/Recline Mechanism Failure
- Broken Armrest Mechanism or Frame
- Base Frame Cracking
- Damaged Wheels (e.g., cracks, breakage, not rolling due to broken shaft)
Each part is eligible for one-time free replacement unless proven to be a recurring manufacturing defect.
What's Not Covered:
- Jammed wheels due to hair, dust, or flooring friction
- Loose, sagging, or detached material (PU/leather/fabric) unless reported within 7 days of delivery
- Foam flattening or softening from regular use
- Peeling leather or fabric fading due to sweat, exposure, or sunlight
- Damage from pets, sharp objects, water spills, or fire
- Noises (squeaking) due to lack of maintenance or oiling
- Improper assembly by user or third party
Return & Replacement Policy:
Return Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery date):
- Wrong, damaged, or defective product on delivery
- Must be reported with images or unboxing video
- Product should be unused and in original packaging
- Free pickup and replacement/refund for verified issues.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds processed within 4-7 business days post verification
- No restocking fees or hidden charges
- After 7 Days from delivery date, your product is only eligible for warranty related part replacements as per above coverage list.

Chair is very comfortable and gives good back and ample thigh support. The quality of fabric and cushion seems to be good as of now. It would be nice to have wheel lock option though as it's a heavy chair everytime u sit on it the chair goes 2 feet back if ur feet is not touching the ground...
But overall very good chair at decent cost
The Chair is very comfortable and looks high on quality.
Awesome
The chair looks good. Workmanship was good.
However the seat width was smaller than specifications. Hence the arms were closer. This made it uncomfortable to sit due to less clearance between two arms.
Since the chair could not be replaced with broader (right size) seat, it had to be returned.
I have been using this chair for 2 weeks now and it is really very comfortable and it also looks elegant.
