Cancellations:

• Change your mind? No problem! You have 45 minutes after placing your order to cancel for a full refund for orders less than 10000 INR. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us prepare and ship orders efficiently.
• 2% Payment Cancellation fees gets applied on any order above 10001 INR which gets cancelled within 45 minutes or after that also, including cases where customer created multiple orders which are in unfulfilled status.
• It is advisable to connect official WhatsApp support quickly for more details for orders above 10000 value to evaluate any other solution.
• Small window: We can't accept cancellations between 10 am and 2 pm IST due to system maintenance.
• Easy self-cancellation: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can easily cancel it yourself through your account page within the free cancellation period. Your refund will be processed automatically within 4-7 business days.
• Orders on their way: For orders already shipped, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover return and handling costs. However, you still have the option to return your chair (see below).

1. Quick Fix: If a simple replacement part can fix the issue, we'll send you one free of charge.
2. Partial Return/Replacement: If only some parts of your chair are problematic, we'll offer replacements for those specific parts or accept them for return.
3. Full Return/Replacement: If your entire chair is damaged, incorrect, or unusable, we'll offer a full replacement or refund. We want you to be completely satisfied!
