Our warranty doesn't cover:

• Wheels jammed due to hair, dust, or floor friction.
• Breakage of armrest or backrest frame from regular use or pressure.
• Loose or sagging material (PU/leather/fabric) reported after 7 days of delivery.
• Flattened foam or softened seat over time.
• Peeling leather, fabric discoloration from sweat/sun exposure.
• Damage by pets, sharp objects, water, or fire.
• Noise or squeaking from lack of maintenance (oil/lubrication).
• Improper assembly by customer or third party.
• Subjective feedback (e.g., “not comfortable”) without a technical defect.
• Color deviations related claims like on-site page product color differs from real product. As studio lightings are used as a industry standard for optimum presentation of the products.
• Warranty claims after 1 year (post-warranty support is still available!).

Refund: Within 1–2 business days of cancellation.
