Specific parts: We guarantee specific parts like seat foam, wheelbase frame, etc., for varying durations (see detailed chart for specifics).
We take care of it: If a covered part needs fixing or replacing, we'll handle it at our discretion. This includes sending you replacement parts and providing installation instructions at nominal charge during the warranty period.

What's not covered?

Normal wear and tear: Over time, things like scratches, dents, and gradual fabric changes are expected. These aren't covered by the warranty.
Uh-oh moments: We can't cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or installation mistakes.
Going rogue: Any repairs or modifications done without our approval will void the warranty.
Subjective experiences: We understand personal preferences, but the warranty doesn't cover discomfort or dislike for the chair without any noticeable defects.
Expired warranties: Once a part's warranty period is over (ranging from 1 month to 3 years), it's no longer covered. But don't worry, we still offer paid repair and replacement options after the warranty ends.

Not Comfortable At All

Very uncomfortable chair overall. The neck support is not comfortable, and the chair lock has a serious issue—after locking at an angle, it suddenly releases and moves back automatically. There is also a clicking/ticking sound coming from the hydraulic mechanism. Very disappointing quality and experience.

Inferior quality, damage product delivered and customer support resolution pathetic

How on earth you have survived! Your products are made of inferior quality materials. Your lack of understanding on metal doesn’t hold spray paints, it requires powder coating. The finishing of the chairs is raw and dull. You delivered dented, scratched, and paint chipped off products. And most importantly, when i asked for refund or a replacement your support team denied it and said we CAN COURIER SPRAY PAINT AND ASKED ME TO COVER SCRATCHES AND DENT WITH IT! Support team asking customers to spray paint their scratched and dented products. This is so absurd! If shark tank investors have invested in you, they should pull out their money from your business

Not of good quality.

I received the chair and it was not at all DIY friendly. Also few areas were already scratched on receiving it. On usage front it is not at all comfortable and I have been getting cervical pain after using that chair as it is not at all ergonomic. Would not recommend this brand.

Very comfortable. Great product

Need to assemble yourself. I was not sure so I called carpenter to fix it. Would be great if they can give option for assembly. The chair itself is very good. Comfortable for my lower back.
