I was looking for a chair for my office. I used to sit on a plastic chair which was not comfortable at all. Than I saw the cellbell ad on Instagram and ordered through their website. It reached on time and took just 10 15 minutes to fix properly. Till now I am enjoying working in office as our seat is the only thing which firstly motivates us to work. Thanks
I had the most frustrating experience with Cellbell, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Here's why:
Delayed Delivery: I placed my order on 18th November, but despite several follow-ups with customer support, the product was only delivered on 29th November. The constant back-and-forth was exhausting and showed a complete lack of professionalism.
Damaged Product: Upon delivery, the chair was in a terrible condition. The backrest was broken, the fabric was torn, and the product looked old and dusty. This is completely unacceptable for a "new" product.
Missing Parts: To add to the frustration, four screws necessary for assembly were missing, making the product unusable.
Poor Customer Support: The company’s customer support was unhelpful throughout the process. Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, they delayed and added to my frustration.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, DO NOT buy from Cellbell. They failed to deliver a quality product, and their service was abysmal.
Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable and customer-focused company.
I received an used and old chair. Poor service quality.
Good quality at great value. One suggestion would be to extend the length of seat at the back.
I had a problem in my chair, after 8-10 days i got replacement of parts. Please improve your customer service and stop this non-sense whatsapp customer support.

I ordered the chair on 10 nov around and I got on 16 nov that is great with best packaging but when I unbox the chair tilt and height mechanism is different with seat and backrest I ordered but I got better service my replacement order frequently and the mechanism I got on 22 nov which is great I assamble the chair it good 😊 but the head rest is loose and shaking I can't take my head on headrest because when ever I do it changes it uncomfortable I message about this but I not get any response yet
Chair is tilted towards left and price is on the higher side as per product quality
in some joints it feel like wiggling because of plastic parts but worth
Very good chair & its absolutely value for money. But one I think I should mention that the height of hydraulic is comparatively very less. It would be perfect if you improve the height.
