What's not covered?
- Normal wear and tear: Over time, things like scratches, dents, and gradual fabric changes are expected. These aren't covered by the warranty.
- Uh-oh moments: We can't cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or installation mistakes.
- Going rogue: Any repairs or modifications done without our approval will void the warranty.
- Subjective experiences: We understand personal preferences, but the warranty doesn't cover discomfort or dislike for the chair without any noticeable defects.
- Expired warranties: Once a part's warranty period is over (ranging from 1 month to 3 years), it's no longer covered. But don't worry, we still offer paid repair and replacement options after the warranty ends.
